Hi everyone! I am working to earn a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design at CMU. I am vastly interested in the fashion industry and aspire to obtain a visual merchandising internship for Summer 2019 that will allow me to gain the necessary experience to work hands on with my passion. I am searching for something in the Lake Orion/Auburn Hills/Rochester area or Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have the ability to identify with the latest & current trends, have a strong sense of color and am able to work with all departments including: sales, design, production, advertising & public relations. While working in retail, I gained firsthand knowledge of a multitude of brands, marketing strategies and how to manage people. I presented quick and effective service during fitting, knowledge of inventory and location of specific clothing, contributed genuine interactions with clients, offered endless and versatile style options and understood basic operational guidelines, processes & procedures. My personality is my biggest asset. I use it for inspiration in my work, to push myself harder, to create new ideas, and to always keep things unique and interesting.
